Meadowview Cottage

Located on our 12 acre property that we call Meadowview Acres, this two-bedroom guest cottage is located about 650 metres back from the shore of the Bay of Fundy. The rental of this cottage is based on an occupancy of 4 persons, making it the perfect choice for couples travelling together, or for a family on vacation.

Meadowview Cottage contains 2 double beds in the large bedroom, a set of bunk beds in the smaller bedroom, and a fold-out double-size sofa bed in the living area. So, this cottage can accommodate 4 additional guests.

With its own dedicated driveway, Meadow Cottage offers a lot of privacy, bounded as it is by trees to the west and north with a great view south over our hay meadow. From this cottage, you have full access to the beach by walking or driving down our private laneway to the shore.

RATES

$850 per week, or $150 per night (3 night minimum) for up to 4 guests.

Additional guests can be accommodated by paying a surcharge of $50 per guest per week, or $10 per guest per night for stays shorter than 1 week.

Pets may be accommodated. There is a surcharge of $20 per pet per week.

Shortly after you have booked a stay in our cottages, we ask that you submit approximately 25% of the rental fee in advance to confirm your registration. At check-in, you will pay the remaining 75% fee.

We also require a security deposit over and above the rental fee. This security deposit fee is refundable a few days after check-out. Meadowview Cottage security deposit – $165

Beginning in 2025, we are required to charge, collect, and remit a 3% Marketing Levy to the Municipality of Colchester County.
